连杆式少齿差减速器受力分析及其结构改进

Force analysis and structural modification of connecting rod type reducer with small difference in number of tooth

摘要 虽然连杆式少齿差减速器的应用较为广泛,但其在高速重载运转中的振动噪声等问题影响了它的进一步推广。通过运动学和动力学分析,找出产生振动和噪声的原因,采用双曲柄结构和其他方式对其结构进行改进设计,提高了使用效率和使用寿命。 Although the connecting rod type reducer with small difference in number of tooth is widely applied,the vibration and noise that occur during heavy-loaded operation at high speed impede its further popularization.With kinematic and dynamic analysis,the causes of vibration and noise were found.To improve the employment efficiency and lifespan,bi-crank structure and other ways were applied to the structural modification of the reducer.
