摘要
以Lundberg-Palmgren的疲劳寿命理论为基础,结合某盾构机主轴承的特殊结构和承载方式,推算在多工况下三排圆柱滚子回转轴承的疲劳寿命。并在疲劳寿命推算过程中,结合具体轴承,求解额定寿命,为以后盾构主轴承的选型和设计提供依据。
Based on Lundberg-Palmgren fatigue lifespan theory,the fatigue lifespan of three-row cylindrical roller bearing in various operation conditions was calculated in combination with the special structure and the carrying way of a TBM main bearing.During the calculation course of fatigue lifespan,the rated lifespan of different bearings was reckoned,which offers references for the selection and design of TBM main bearing.
