白内障行晶状体超声乳化术后干眼症的干预治疗

Clinical observation of treating dry eyes after phacoemulsification cataract surgery

目的观察我院对白内障施行晶状体超声乳化术者在术后予以干眼症的干预措施的临床疗效。方法对258例(258眼)白内障患者随机分观察组和对照组两组,对观察组术后采用针对干眼症的干预治疗,对所有术后病例发生干眼症状、角膜荧光染色、BUT进行评分,观察对比两组术后1周、1个月和3个月时各项评分结果。结果观察组同对照组比术后1周、1个月和3个月发生干眼症状及角膜荧光染色评分均明显低于对照组,而BUT则明显长于对照组,均有显著性差异。结论对白内障施行晶状体超声乳化手术者在术后予以干眼症的干预治疗有确切疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of treating dry eyes after phacoemulsification. Methods 258 cases （258 eyes） of cataract were randomly divided into study group and control group.The cases of study group were treated for dry eye symptom,All cases were given a mark according to the ocular symptomatology,fluorescein staining,BUT.The two groups were compared 1 week,1 month and 3 months after surgery. Results The grades of the study group was obviously lower than the control group in ocular symptomatology and fluorescein staining,and the BUT value was more longer than that of control group.There was a statistically singificang difference between the two groups. Conclusion The curative effect is definite to give the intervention treatment for dry eye symtom of patients after phacoemulsification cataract surgery.
