摘要
研究淳化本《伤寒论》源流及主要内容,发现现行宋本《伤寒论》的六经提纲条文在淳化本《伤寒论》已具雏形,并经后人修改而成。淳化本《伤寒论》的厥阴病内容是拼凑而成的,提示厥阴病内容当时就已佚失。将淳化本《伤寒论》对比宋本《伤寒论》可以有许多新的认识,具有重要学术价值。所载方剂也值得进一步研究。
The article introduces the origin and academic contents of Chunhua-version Treatise on Febrile Disease. It was found that the theory of six meridians in the Treatise on Febrile Disease of the Song version was based on the Chunhua version, and was edited according to Chunhua version by later generations. The contents about Jueyin disease in Chunhua version is a patchwork, suggesting that the content about Jueyin disease got lost at that time. Comparison of the Treatise on Febrile Disease of the Chunhua version with that of the Song version may lead to many new understandings and has important academic value. The prescriptions in the Chunhua-version Treatise on Febrile Disease are worth further studying.
