益气化瘀补肾方纯化工艺研究

Study on purification technology of "Yiqi Huayu Bushen Recipe"

目的确定益气化瘀补肾方的最佳纯化工艺。方法选择3种醇沉浓度(50%,60%,70%)、4种壳聚糖含量(0.01%,0.05%,0.1%,0.2%)和高速离心法做比较,以黄芪甲苷含量、淫羊藿苷含量、小鼠耳郭肿胀率、小鼠热板疼痛抑制率为指标,通过药物化学和药效学的综合评价,优选最佳纯化工艺。结果最佳纯化方法为水提醇沉法,加入乙醇使含醇量达70%。结论最佳纯化工艺合理、可行。

Objective To establish the best purification technology of ＂Yiqi Huayu Bushen Recipe＂. Methods Select three kinds of concentration of alcohol precipitation （50%, 60%, 70%）, four kinds of chitosan content （0.01%, 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.2%） and high-speed centrifugation; optimize the best purification technology through the comprehensive evaluation of pharmaceutical chemistry and pharmacodynamics and pharmaceutical composition. The targets were astragaloside Ⅳ content and icariin content as well as mouse auricle tumefaction degree and mouse pain inhibition degree. Results The best purification method is water extraction and alcohol precipitation. Conclusion This purification technology is reasonable and feasible.
