全胃切除术后早期肠内营养的观察与护理

Observation and Nursing of Patients with Early Enteral Nutrition Post_Total_Gastroectomy

报道１２ 例全胃切除术后早期肠内营养的观察与护理。患者术后排气时间为５５ ．２ ±１６ ．９ 小时，并于第５ 天达到正氮平衡，手术前后各项营养指标无显著差异。１ 例伴阻塞性通气功能障碍者术后出现腹部切口裂开，２例出现短暂的腹胀，１ 例发生明显腹痛。

The study investigated the observation and nursing of patients with early enteral nutrition post_total_gastroectomy.Patients discharged 55.2±16.9 hours post-operation and got positive nitrogen balance on the fifth day.There is no significant difference in nutritional indexes between pre-and post-operation.One patients with congested respratory distress had disclosed abdominal session,two patients felt slightly ache and another suffered significant pain.Conclusion:It is safe for patients to receive early enteral nutrition post_total_gastroectomy.\;
