优秀女子排球主攻手技术性进攻能力评价体系构建

Construction of Evaluation System for Technical Attack Ability of Excellent Women's Volleyball Main Attacker

采用文献资料调研、问卷调查、录像观察等方法,结合2008年北京奥运会和2009年世界女子排球大奖赛主攻手的进攻效果,构建了优秀女子排球主攻手技术性进攻能力评价体系。在评价体系中,所得分值的横向比较可以判断主攻手自身各项进攻技术的优势和不足,纵向比较可以判断该项进攻技术在群体中的排名。该评价体系可以作为教练员制定下一阶段训练计划和根据临场变化及时选配不同主攻手的参考依据。

Using the literature review,questionnaire,video observation and statistical evaluation methods,this paper establishes an evaluation system for technical attack ability of excellent women＇s volleyball main attacker,based on main attackers＇ technology statistics from the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and 2009 World Grand Prix.Horizontal comparison on these score values obtained from look-up table can determine the degree of differences between various technical of each main attacker.Longitudinal comparison and judge his ranking in groups.The evaluation system is a theoretical basis for coaches to make the training program in the next stage and select different main attackers based on match change.
