经皮穿刺联合注射臭氧及胶原酶治疗多发腰椎间盘突出症临床应用

Clinical study of oxygen-ozone injection combined with collagenase for the treatment of more lumbar disc hemiation

目的观察经皮穿刺联合注射臭氧和胶原酶治疗多发腰间盘突出症的临床应用价值。方法 X线引导下经皮穿刺盘内、盘外注射臭氧及胶原酶治疗多发腰椎间盘突出症并经CT和/或MRI检查证实的患者60例。结果经随访3～12个月,其中55例均取得较好疗效,其中优43例,良12例,无严重并发症发生。结论 X线引导下经皮盘内、盘外注射臭氧及胶原酶治疗多发腰椎间盘突出症是一种微创、安全、有效的介入治疗方法。

Aim To assess the therapeutic effect of oxygen-ozone combined with collagenase injection for the treatment of more lumbar disc hemiation.Methods 60 cases with more lumbar disc hemiation extrusion diagnosed by clinic and examined CT and（or） MRI,who underwent by X-ray guided percutoneous injection of oxygen-ozone and collagenase,were retrospectively analyzed.Results All the cases had been followed up for 3～12 months,55 cases had a good effect,43 cases excellent,12 cases.No serious complication occurred.Conclusion Treatment of more lumbar disc hemiation by percutoneous injection of oxygen-ozone and collagenase in X-ray was an invasive,safe,efficient interventional technique.
