OCSP亚型脑梗死对巴曲酶疗效的差异

Differences in efficacy of batroxobin on cerebral infarction of OCSP subtype

目的观察巴曲酶对不同OCSP亚型脑梗死降纤治疗的疗效差异。方法 102例行巴曲酶治疗的脑梗死患者,按照OCSP标准分为部分前循环梗死(PACI)组,完全前循环梗死(TACI)组,后循环梗死(POCI)组和腔隙性梗死(LACI)组,观察神经功能的改善情况。结果在脑梗死治疗后7和14 d,神经功能缺损评分和日常生活活动能力评定改善的有效率在组间均存在显著差异,以部分前循环梗死(PACI)恢复最为明显,后循环梗死(POCI)、腔隙性梗死(LACI)疗效次之,完全前循环梗死(TACI)最差。结论巴曲酶对不同OCSP亚型脑梗死具有不同的疗效,此对于降纤治疗具有一定的指导意义。

Aim To investigate the differences in efficacy of batroxobin on cerebral infarction of OCSP subtype.Methods 102 patients of cerebral infarction treated with batroxobin were divided into PACI group,TACI group,POCI group and LACI group based on OCSP.The changes of neural function were studied.Results On the day 7 and day 14 posttreatement of cerebral infarction,there were significant difference in the effective ratio of change in NIHSS and ADL.The most obvious treatment effect came from PACI group.The next were POCI group and LACI group,and the last one was TACI group.Conclusion There is different effect of batroxobin treatment on cerebral infarction of OCSP subtype,which has some instruction in the use of batroxobin.
