摘要 感染性疾病是小儿的常见病,其中又以细菌感染性疾病多见,比如脓毒症,肺炎等。此类疾病的早期诊断、治疗及评估预后对提高临床诊疗水平和降低病死率有重要意义。髓系细胞触发受体(triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-1,TREM-1)是新近发现的一种与多种炎症性疾病密切相关的受体,可作为早期诊断感染性疾病的可靠指标。 Infectious diseases are common in pediatrics,while bacterial infections are the most such as sepsis,pneumonia and so on.It has great importance in early diagnosis,treatment and evaluation to help improve the level of clinical diagnosis and decrease fatality rate.Triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-1（TREM-1） is a kind of receptors discovered recently,which has close relation with several inflammations.It can be used as a reliable indicator for early diagnosis in infectious diseases.
