脑血管网状细胞瘤的诊断和治疗

Diagnosis and Therapeutics of Intracranial Hernangioblastoma

目的：探讨脑血管网状细胞瘤诊治进展。方法：对近９年来３２例经手术及病理证实的脑血管网状细胞瘤的临床特点、ＣＴ、ＭＲ及 ＤＳＡ表现进行回顾性研究。结果：手术全切肿瘤 ２９例（９０． ６％），次全切除 ３例（９． ４％）。治愈２９例（９０．６％），好转２例（６．３％），死亡１例（３．１％）。结论：随着诊疗技术和显微神经外科技术的提高，提高了肿瘤的全切率，降低了死亡率和术后复发率。

Objective: To investigate the development of diagnosis and therapeutics of intracranial hemangioblastoma. Methods:Re- viewing the clinical features, CT, MRI and DSA of intracranial hemangioblastoma in 32 cases proved by operation and patho- logical examination during recent 9 years. Results:Total excision were performed in 29 cases(90.6% ), Partial excision in 3 cases (9.4% ).Complete cure was obtained in 29 cases(90.6%), improvement in 2 cases(6.3% ), death in 1 case(3.1 % ). Conclusion: Along with the development of diagnoses, therapeutics and techniqes of microneurosurgery, the total excision rate increased,mortality and postoperative recurrence rates decreased.
