乙醇与柴油混合燃料的燃烧特性和排放特性试验研究

摘要 研究了以正丁醇为助溶剂的乙醇与柴油混合燃料的燃烧特性和排放特性.结果表明,混合燃料与纯柴油相比,发动机的当量燃油消耗率在低负荷工况时比柴油高,在负荷为17%时,E20比E0高出10%,在大中负荷工况时与纯柴油相当.NOX和碳烟排放在各种工况下都显著降低,在100%负荷时,E20比纯柴油碳烟排放降低了43%.在中小负荷时纯柴油的CO排放最低,在大负荷时差别不大.混合燃料的HC排放在所有工况下都高于纯柴油,特别是小负荷17%时,E20比E0高300%.随着乙醇比例的增加,NOX降低,HC增加,当量燃油消耗率、CO、碳烟在小负荷时增加、大负荷时降低. The experiment of the combustion and exhaust emission characteristics of diesel engine fueled with a mixture of n-butanol and ethanol-diesel was carried out.The results show that: compared with diesel engine,the equivalent brake specific fuel consumption is higher than that of ethanol-diesel when the diesel engine works on high load,and the E20 increased by 10% than E0 when engine load is 17%,In other conditions they are equivalent.NOX and smoke decreased obviously in all conditions,the smoke decreased by 43% in full load.CO of combusting pure diesel is lowest in mediumle and low load,and no difference in high load.The emission of HC increased in all conditions,E20 increased by 300% than E0 when load is 17%.With the increasing of proportion of ethanol,NOX emission reduced and HC emission increased respectively at all load conditions.The equivalent brake specific fuel consumption,the emission of smoke and CO increased when on low load condition,and decreased when on high load condition.
