中西医结合治疗Ⅲb型前列腺炎伴早泄临床观察

Integrated Chinese and western treatment on type Ⅲb prostatitis complicated with premature ejaculation

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗Ⅲb型前列腺炎伴早泄的临床疗效。方法:将66例患者分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予那妥治疗,治疗组给予那妥联用中药治疗,观察其治疗效果。结果:治疗组Ⅲb型前列腺炎总有效率、早泄总有效率较对照组均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎伴早泄疗效优于单用西药治疗。

Objectives：To study the therapeutic effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment on type Ⅲb prostatitis complicated with premature ejaculation.Methods：Sixty-six patients were divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with Naftopidil,while the treatment group was given Naftopidil combined with herbal medicine.Results：The overall therapeutic efficacy for type Ⅲb prostatitis and premature ejaculation in the treatment group is significantly higher than that in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Integrated Chinese and western medicine is better than western medicine in the treatment of prostatitis complicated with premature ejaculation.
