本文对PDC切磨工具研制现状进行了综合评述，阐述了焊接加热方式、刃磨工艺等对PDC工具质量的影响，并分析了工具失效原因及对策。
The paper makes a synthetically commentary on the development situation of PDC cutting and grinding tools, states the influence of the heating method for welding and the process for grinding on PDC tools＇ quality and analyzes the reasons and countermeasures of PDC tools＇ failures.
