摘要
目的:探讨红景天对脑缺血再灌注时自由基损伤的保护作用,为脑缺血再灌注损伤的防治提供新的药物。方法:用4VO法复制大鼠实验模型,分为假手术组(SAM)、单纯缺血组(IS)、缺血再灌注组(IR)、药物预防后缺血再灌注组(R+IR)、缺血再灌注后药物治疗组(IR+R),分别观察了大鼠脑组织中LPO、SOD、Na+-K+-ATPase的变化。结果:①IS组及IR组大鼠脑组织中LPO含量均显著高于SAM组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。SOD含量均低于SAM组(P<0.05,P<0.01),R+IR组及IR+R组大鼠脑组织中LPO含量显著降低(P<0.05),而SOD含量却显著升高(P<0.01)。②IR组大鼠脑组织中Na+-K+-ATPase活性明显低于SAM组(P<0.01),R+IR组及IR+R组较IR组升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:红景天对大鼠脑缺血再灌注时自由基损伤具有一定的保护作用。
Objective:To study the protection of
Rhodiola sachalinensis AR against free radical injury of the ischemia reperfusion rats,and to
offer a new medicine which may protect the ischemia reperfusion injury in brain.Methods:The
experimental rats,which were replicafed with 4VO method,were divided into 5 groups:sample
(SAM) group,ischemia (IS) group,ischemia reperfusion (IR) group,Rhodiola sachalinensis plus
IR group (R+IR) and IR plus Rhodiola sachalinensis (IR+R) group.The changes of
LPO,SOD,Na+K+ATPase in brain tissue of rats were observed.Results:The content of LPO of
brain tissue of rats in IS group and in IR group were significantly higher than that in SAM group
(P<005,P<001),but in R+IR group and IR+R group,contents of LPO were significantly lower than
that in IR group;the content of SOD in IS group and IR group were lower than that in SAM
gorup,but in R+IR group and in IR+R group,the content of SOD were higher than that in IR group.
The activities of Na+K+ATPase of brain tissue rats in IR group were lower than that in SAM
group (P<001),and in R+IR and IR+R groups,the activities of Na+K+ATPase were higher than
that in IR group (P<005,P<001).Conclusion:The Rhodiola sachalinensis can protect the brain
tissue of ischemia reperfusion rats against free radical injury.
