摘要
研究了邻、间、对硝基酚异构体同时在预阳极化嵌入超薄微晶纤维素/碳糊电极上的电化学响应。硝基酚异构体在经预阳极化后的修饰电极界面上具有不同的构象,其氧化峰电位能够完全分开。该电极具有良好的灵敏度、稳定性和重现性,可用于硝基酚类异构体的同时电化学测定。
The inlaid super-thin microcrystalline cellulose modified carbon paste film electrode was prepared and then pre-anodized by cyclic voltammetry.The electrochemistry response of o-,m-and p-nitrophenol isomers was studied.The electrode showed excellent electrocatalyic activity and good molecular recognition ability for the oxidation of nitrophenol isomers,the oxidation peaks of which well separated.The electrode showed a good sensitivity,selectivity and stability and could be used for simultaneous determination of nitrophenol isomers.
