摘要
织物的含水率是染整生产过程中的重要指标;应用微波技术检测织物的含水率,能在线实时准确测量,且可靠性好,抗干扰能力强,不易受到织物的颜色、结构等影响,并可检测织物内部的含水率,结果更具代表性;为了快速、准确地检测织物中的水分含量,基于微波透射法,设计了一套织物含水率在线检测系统,实现了对织物含水率在线无损检测;重点讨论微波测湿原理及方法,采用最小二乘法拟合直线,获得织物湿度与衰减量之间相互关系的标定曲线;实验结果表明;设计的装置可对含水率为30%~70%的织物进行有效的测量;测量精度高于±1%。
Moisture rate of fabric is the most significant target in dyeing and finishing industry.Using the microwave technology for the material moisture rate measurement can achieve the on-line real-time accurate measurement,and has good reliability and strong anti-jamming ability,also is insensitive to the influence of the color,the structure of the material and so on,Besides,it can examine the interior moisture of the material,and the measurement result has the representation.In order to detect the moisture content of fabric quickly and accurately,an on-line measurement system based on microwave transmission principle was designed for measuring moisture content of fabric,achieve the moisture content of the fabric on-line non-destructive testing.Focused on the moisture content measurement principle and method,using least square method fitting a straight line to obtain calibration curve between the fabric humidity and attenuation.Experimental results show that the system is effective for measuring moisture content of 30% to 70% of the fabric;The measurement accuracy is higher than ± 1%.
