一种改进的电动舵机加载工作效率测试方法

摘要 针对现有电动舵机加载效率测试系统工作效率测量精度差的问题,提出了一种加载工作效率测试的改进方法;在由转矩转速传感器、磁粉制动器、电压/电流探头和四通道示波器构成的舵机加载效率测试系统中,增加转速测量仪进行输出转速的测量,放弃使用转矩转速传感器的输出信号解算舵机输出转速,克服了由于示波器存储深度不足和传感器增速电机转速测量偏差导致的舵机输出转速测量不准确;测试结果表明,该改进方法能够准确测量舵机低速旋转时的转速,将转速的测量精度提高到0.01r/min,极大地改善了电动舵机加载效率测试系统的测量精度和测量重复性。 An improved testing method was proposed for the inaccuracy of existing testing system.The loading efficiency testing system of electrical servo system was made up of torque rotate speed transducer,loading particle brake,voltage/current probe and four-channel digital oscilloscope.The inaccurate output caused by limit of oscilloscope's storage deepness and measurement error of transducer motor's rotate speed,and it can be overcome by adding tachometer output tests instead of calculating rotating speed from transducer signal.Testing results indicate that this system can satisfy the requirement of loading efficiency test,which can ensure the accuracy and continuity in different moment of force.
