机载雷达制导武器系统测试研究

摘要 现代战争和飞机保障的双重牵引,研究高效、准确地测试机载雷达制导武器系统故障的测试设备十分迫切;在分析测试需求的基础上,选择了合适的仪器模块,设计了通话模块和适配器,构建了基于VXI总线的自动测试系统;在LabWindows/CVI开发环境下,设计了测试软件的组成、流程和软件界面,编写了测试程序,并分析了测试数据;应用表明,自动测试系统实现了对机载雷达制导武器系统的并行测试,缩短了测试时间,提高了测试精度。 In order to meet the needs of modern war and supporting aircrafts,it is an exigent task to develop test equipments,which can detect faults of airborne radar guided weapon system effectively and accurately.Based on analyzing test requirement,appropriate instrumentation modules are selected,communication module and test unit adapter are designed,and automatic test system based on VXI bus is assembled.Using LabWindows/CVI,the structure,flow of test software and software interface are designed,test program is implemented and test data is analyzed.After application,it is proved that automatic test system can parallel test airborne radar guided weapon system effectively,shorten detection time,and improve detection accuracy.
