摘要
污水处理过程具有非线性、大惯性、大时滞及时变等特点,溶解氧是污水处理过程中的一个重要参数,用常规的PID控制难以取得满意的效果;针对污水处理的溶解氧的控制,提出了神经元自适应PID算法;由于神经元自适应PID可以在线调整参数值,当污水的水质、水量发生变化时可以通过改变控制参数来实现高性能控制;实验中采用神经元自适应PID算法,通过调节空气流量跟踪溶解氧浓度的设定值;结果表明该算法比常规PID控制具有更好的自适应性和鲁棒性。
The process of wastewater treatment is of nonlinearity,big inertia,long time delay,dissolved oxygen is an important parameter,and common PID control methods can not meet satisfactory demands.For the control of dissolved oxygen,a novel control algorithm based on neuron adaptive PID is presented.As the neuron-adaptive PID parameter values can be adjusted on-line,high-performance control can achieves by changing the control parameters when the effluent water quality and quantity changes.In the simulation experiment,the algorithm is applied to track the target value of dissolved oxygen concentrate by adjusting air flowrate.The results show that it has better adaptability and greater robustness than conventional PID control method.
