摘要
针对某系列飞机通信导航保障设备存在的问题,研制出通信导航设备综合检测系统;综合运用了自动测试、虚拟仪器、人工智能和实时仿真控制等技术,通过对被测设备信号的分析和组合,优化设计了4个可拆卸适配器,对整机、分机进行检测;软件涉及30余个独立程序模块的测试程序,通过TPS软件包的形式安装到系统,并建立相应故障诊断数据库,通过人工智能、概率神经网络等故障诊断方法识别故障特征;使用结果表明:测试精度高,功能强,界面友好且操作简便;开放的软硬件架构很容易实现系统的功能扩展,推广应用前景广阔。
Aiming at the problems existing in communication navigation maintenance equipment in one plane,the communication navigation equipment integrated test system was developed.Automatic test,VI,AI and real-time control were synthetically used,according to analyze and combination of the DUT(Device under test) signal,4 dismountable TUA were designed to test unit and extension.Software included more than 30 independent test program that to be installed into system in TPS type,and the corresponding trouble diagnosis database was established to identify the trouble symbol according to AI and PNN.Application result shows: high-accuracy,powerful function,friendly interface and easy operation.The open structure of hardware and softwre was easy to realize system function extend,and it has a prosperous prospect.
