摘要
为确保特种车辆及保障设备的性能测试准确可信,确保装备始终处于良好技术状态,具备随时准确执行预定任务的能力;基于实际计量保障要求,分析了特种车辆综合计量检定系统(以下简称检定系统)设计要求;详细介绍了检定系统的资源选型,软、硬件平台设计,校准接口和应用软件的设计方案;经过试验证明,该系统测量精度达到了1‰,其设计符合特种车辆计量检定需求,为计量保障工作提供了很好的支持。
To make the significance testing for special vehicles and servicing facilities accurate and credible that is to ensure equipment technology state always remaining all right and to have the capacity for exactly operating preplanned missions at any moment.Based on the requirement of the practical Metrology support,analyzes the design requirements of the special vehicle's Integrated Metrology Verification System(hereafter referred to as VS);The design proposals of resource type selection,hardware platform design,calibration interface and application software for the VS are introduced.Being proofed by testing,this system meets the requirement of the Metrology verification for special vehicles and supports the Metrology services.
