人脑胶质瘤中Survivin和Ki-67指数的检测及其临床意义 被引量:1

Expression of Survivin and Ki-67 Labeling Index in Human Gliomas

摘要 目的通过检测人脑胶质瘤组织中重要凋亡相关蛋白Survivin的表达及Ki-67增殖指数,探讨两者与肿瘤恶性程度之间的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测Survivin在48例人脑胶质瘤和8例正常脑组织中的表达情况,采用SABC法检测Ki-67指数。结果 Survivin的表达水平和Ki-67指数随着肿瘤恶性程度的升高而增高(P<0.01),Survivin表达阳性标本的Ki-67指数明显高于Survivin阴性表达的标本(P<0.01)。结论 Survivin的表达水平及Ki-67指数能反应胶质瘤的恶性生物学行为。 Objective By detecting the expression of Survivin which is an important apoptosis related protein and the Ki-67 labeling index human glioma tissues,to analysis the correlation between the expression of Survivin,Ki-67 and the proliferation of tumor cells. Methods Forty-eight cases of gliomas and 8 samples of normal tissues were studied with immunohistochemistry SP method to examine the expression of Survivin. SABC technique was used to detect the Ki-67 labeling index. Results Along with the rise of glioma grade,the expression level of Survivin and Ki-67 labeling index were also upregulated. The expression positive samples of Survivin were found more higher Ki-67 labeling index than those in negative samples( P 0. 01) . Conclusion The expression of Survivin and Ki-67 has an important significance to evaluate the malignant biological behavior of gliomas.
