脑梗死患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨脑梗死与血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的关系。方法测定160例脑梗死患者(脑梗死组)及160例门诊无临床心脑血管病患者(对照组)的血液Hcy水平。结果脑梗死组Hcy水平为(19.09±9.03)μmol/L,对照组为(11.41±2.65)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Hcy水平升高在≥70岁患者中危险因素更明显。结论 Hcy水平可以作为脑血管病危险因素的预测指标。
