欣胃颗粒治疗胃癌前病变气阴两虚挟瘀型患者的临床观察

Clinical study of Xinwei granules in treating gastric precancerous lesion of Qi and Yin deficiency with blood stagnation

[目的]评价欣胃颗粒治疗胃癌前病变气阴两虚挟瘀型患者的有效性和安全性。[方法]选择确诊为胃癌前病变、中医辨证属气阴两虚挟瘀证患者83例,随机分为2组,治疗组47例给予欣胃颗粒治疗,对照组36例给予胃复春治疗,均治疗3个月,观察临床疗效、胃镜下变化、病理疗效、血清内皮素水平及安全性指标。[结果]治疗组的临床、胃镜、病理疗效以及血清内皮素水平均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗前后患者安全性指标无显著性差异。[结论]欣胃颗粒对胃癌前病变有良好的疗效,且安全。

[Objective]To evaluate the effect and safety of Xinwei granules（XG）on gastric precancerous lesion（GPL）patients of the deficiency of Qi and Yin with blood stagnation.[Methods] Eighty-three patients were randomly divided into two groups,47cases in XG treatment group and 36cases in Weifuchun control group.The treatment lasted for 3months.Clinical efficacy,endoscopic changes,pathology,serum endothelin（Big ET-1）and safety indicators were observed respectively.[Results]The curative effects of symptom,gastroscopy and pathologic changes in the XG treatment group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group（P 0.05）.Safety indicators before and after the treatment showed no significant difference.[Conclusion]XG could be an effective and safe therapy GPL.
