A Preliminary Analysis of Merleau-Ponty's Phenomenology of Space

梅洛-庞蒂的空间现象学不仅奠定了他本人思想的基本特色,也对后来的法国哲学产生了巨大影响。通过对深度和时间性这两个关键因素的分析,我们可以发现,这一现象学的核心是一种先验结构。这使得梅洛-庞蒂的空间现象学既不同于传统的意向性现象学和主体性哲学,但又没有完全摆脱它们。

Merleau-Ponty's phenomenology of space has not only determined the fundamental features of his own thought,but also exerted great influence on the later French philosophy.Through the analysis of two key elements,namely depth and temporality,the paper concludes that the kernel of this phenomenology is a transcendental structure.This makes Merleau-Ponty 's phenomenology of space different from either phenomenology of intentionality or philosophy of subjectivity in the traditional sense,but it does not get rid of them completely.
