路用橡胶混凝土的研究现状分析与展望 被引量:11

摘要 橡胶混凝土具有轻质高弹、耐磨减震、抗裂性好、冲击韧性高、降噪隔声等优点;同时橡胶粉粒的掺入对混凝土的抗渗性、耐久性以及抗疲劳、抗冲刷等动力性能也有一定的改善作用。因此,为解决普通道路面层、机场跑道等实际工程中混凝土因脆性较高而产生的一系列问题,路用橡胶混凝土的研究已经成为热点。文中介绍了橡胶混凝土的物理力学性能和在道路工程中的应用现状,展望了今后的研究方向,为未来橡胶粉粒在道路混凝土等工程领域的应用提供借鉴。 Rubberized Concrete has lots of advantages,such as being light in weight,high in elasticity,and good in shock re-sistance,crack resistance,impact toughness,noise insulation etc.Besides,blending rubber powder into concrete can,to a cer-tain extent,improve the impermeability,durability and dynamic performances of concrete in fatigue resistance and scour resist-ance.Therefore,to solve practical engineering problems of the high brittleness of concrete in ordinary road surface,airport run-ways etc.,the development of rubberized concrete in highway engineering has become a hot spot.The physical and mechanical properties of,and the present application of rubberized concrete to road projects are introduced in the paper,with its future de-velopment looked to.It may serve as a useful reference for the future application of rubberized powder to the projects of con-crete roads and other fields.
