COPD急性加重期合并2型糖尿病吸入舒利迭粉对血糖的影响 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期合并2型糖尿病患者吸入舒利迭(沙美特罗替卡松)粉对血糖的影响。方法入选60例患者常规治疗基础上加用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入,比较吸入前、后糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc),晨8时空腹血糖(8AMFPG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPG)的变化。结果吸入治疗10d后患者HbAlc、8AMFPG、2hPG与吸入前比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 COPD患者急性加重期合并2型糖尿病患者使用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入不会对血糖造成明显影响。
