高校助教在协助教学中的作用

Role of Assistants Help Teaching in College

现代教学中融入了众多辅助教学的元素,而利用学生资源进行协助教学也成为很多高校在教学中的补充。本文通过对以研究生作为助教的协助教学的研究,探索如何充分发挥学生资源在高校教学中的作用,总结出助教协助教学的基本方式,并在实际教学中取得了良好的效果。

Multiple teaching assistance elements are integrated in modern teaching,and the students are the teaching assistance resources in many colleges.This paper conduct the research on the graduate students as teaching assistants,explores how to use student resource to make effects in college teaching,and concludes the teaching assistance principles,which are applied in the practice and proved excellent achievement.
