江苏省高邮市医疗单位门诊就诊患者现状调查

A Survey on Current States of Outpatient in Gaoyou City Jiangsu Province

目的调查江苏省高邮市医疗卫生单位门诊患者的病种结构、就诊费用、患者满意度等卫生服务需求基线资料。方法采用整群抽样法,从高邮市医疗卫生单位抽取5家医院进行门诊一日调查。调查内容包括门诊就诊患者的社会人口学资料及就医情况。结果共回收有效问卷795份,女性患者较多,年龄构成以20～40岁人群和40～60岁人群为主。56.2%的患者来自县级医院,69%的患者居住在农村。患者以初中以下学历为主,无业或失业者较多。就诊科室以内科、外科多见;疾病构成以消化系统疾病、骨骼肌肉疾病常见;86.7%的患者可以报销医疗费用。结论江苏省农村卫生工作取得了巨大成就,但仍存在诸多问题,应继续深化农村医疗改革,进一步推广农村卫生适宜技术。

Objective To acquire the basic data, such as thedisease classification, health services costs and patient satisfaction of outpatient in Gaoyou City, Jiangsu Province. Methods The cluster sampling method was used to investigate the outpatients＇ condition in five medical and health units of Gaoyou City. The demographic information and medical conditions were obtained via questionare. Results A total of 795 valid questionnaires were collected. There were more female patients, more young people in the outpatient department. Many of the patients （ 56.2% ） were from the county-level hospitals, hut 69% of them lived in rural areas. Many patients were middle school or lower education level ,and unemployed. The main department visited by patients were intern medical and surgical medical. The main diseases were digestive system diseases, and musculoskeletal diseases. 86.7% of the patients had the health insurance. Conclusion Great achievements in health reform had been made in rural area,but there was still long way to go. The health reform and promote appropriate medical technologies in rural areas should be deepened.
