社区离休干部健康状况及日常生活能力调查

Investigation of Health Status and Daily Life Activities of Retired Veteran Cadre in Community

目的调查签约社区卫生服务离休干部健康状况及日常生活能力。方法 2008年2～3月对本社区54名签约社区卫生服务离休干部进行问卷调查,包括基本情况、健康状况及日常生活能力。结果调查显示,本社区离休干部平均年龄79.8岁,独居比例66.7%,慢性病患病比例为100%,排名前三位疾病的比例分别为高血压77.8%、2型糖尿病44.4%、冠心病40.7%,日常生活能力下降者占77.7%,功能障碍者占13.3%。结论整合社区卫生服务资源,提供全方位医疗保健服务,对于身患多种慢性疾病及有抑郁倾向的离休干部,可请二、三级下社区的专家为其提供相应的专科医疗服务;对于日常生活能力下降的患者,可联系中心的康复医师、为其制定个性化的康复方案,同时重点加大心脑血管病、骨关节病及肿瘤等慢性疾病的防治,维护健康的完好状态、减少失能,减缓失能,从而进一步提高离休干部的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the health status and daily life activities of retired veteran cadre in contracting community health service. Methods From Feb to March 2008,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 54 retired veteran cadres in the contracting community health service,including their basic states, heath conditions and activities of daily life. Results The average ages of retired veteran cadres in the community was 79.8 years, and the proportion of living along was 66.7% , 100% of them were suffered with different kinds of chronic diseases ,the proportion of the top three kinds of chronic diseases were hypertension for 73.3% ,diabetes for 44.4% ,coronary artery disease for 40.7%. 77.7% of them were with low activities of daily life, and 13.3% with functional disturbance. Conclusion The community health service centers should integrate the available resources and provide medical services for the retired veteran cadres. For the patients suffering with different kinds of chronic diseases and having the tendency of depression,We can invite the experts from the second or third level hospitals to provide the appropriate specialist medical service ; For the patients with declining activities of daily living,we may contact physicians in the center to for- mulate personalized rehabilitation plan. At the same time, the prevention and control of chronic diseases should be emphasized on the heart disease, cerebrovascular diseases,bone and joint diseases and cancer. It is necessary to maintain a good health status, reduce and slow down the disability, so as to further enhance the quality of life of the retired veteran cadres.
