脑挫伤及神经系统疾病与烯醇化酶活性的研究

Serum Enolase Activity in Patients with Brain Contusion or Nervous System Disease

摘要 目的测定脑挫伤及神经系统疾病患者血清烯醇化酶(ENO)的活性,探讨其与疾病的关系。方法用全自动生化仪酶偶联速率法测定ENO活性。44例脑挫伤及神经系统疾病病例,其中脑挫伤28例、癫痫2例、脑梗塞7例、肌营养不良2例、中枢神经损伤3例、窒息2例;男性37例,女性7例;平均年龄55岁。对照组370例体检健康人员,其中男性197例,女性173例,平均年龄29例。结果 44例患者ENO活性(17.4±11.4)U/L。健康组ENO活性(5.9±1.9)U/L。统计学分析P=0.000,t=6.53。2例肌营养不良病例ENO活性分别为31.2U/L、42.0U/L。2例癫痫病例ENO活性分别为17.30U/L、30.1U/L。结论脑挫伤及神经系统疾病患者ENO活性明显高于健康对照组,这与脑损伤后细胞受损,细胞中的烯醇化酶溢入血液,导致血液中酶升高,脑及神经系统疾病与ENO活性呈正相关。本研究直接测定血清中ENO活性,对脑挫伤及神经系统疾病的诊疗更有参考价值。 Objective To detected the serum activity of enolase(ENO) in patients with brain contusion and nervous system diseases, and assess their correlation. Methods The serum activity of enolase was detected with enzyme coupling ratio method by using automatic biochemical analyzer. 44 patients with brain contusion or nervous system disease( including 28 cases of brain injury ,2 cases of epilepsy,7 cases of brain infarction,2 cases of muscular dystrophy, 3 cases of central nervous system injury and 2 cases of asphyxia;the mean age of the 37 male and 7 female was 55 years) and 370 cases of normal subjects( the mean age of the 197 male 173 female was 29 years) were enrolled in this study. Results The enolase value of 44 cases with brain contusion or nervous system diseases and 370 normal subjects were (17.4 ±11.4) U/L and (5.9 ± 1.9 ) U/L, respectively( P = 0.000, t = 6.53 ,P 〈0.05). The enolase activity was 31.2 U/L and 42.0 U/L in 2 cases with muscular dystrophy, 17.30 U/L and 30. 1 U/ Lin 2 cases of epilepsy, respectively. Conclusion The enolase activity of patients with brain contusion or nervous system diseases was significantly higher than that of the normal control,which may be resulted from the overflow of enolase into blood because of neurons damage after brain contusion. The degrees of brain injury and nervous system diseasewere positively correlated with enolase activity. The detecting of the enolase activity has reference value in the diagnosis and treatment of brain contusion and nervous system diseases.
