摘要
在西方翻译理论研究的发展趋势中,翻译实证研究不断呈现出新的进展。表现在理论依据上得出了深入的论述,研究方法上采用了更新的实验媒介,研究内容充实多样具体,研究结果进而得以应用。翻译实证研究的主题已明确形成:通过描写研究翻译过程,从中认识译者的思维状态和操作策略,研究译者的认知能力和专业技能,从而提出发展翻译教学、加强译者培训的建设性意见。翻译实证研究的新发展,使这一特殊的描写性研究更具科学性、创新性、真实性和有效性,显现了实证研究的理论意义和应用价值。
Empirical research has been making new progresses in the research of translation theory in the west, with respect to its profound theoretical support, methodologies with newer experimental media, richer research subjects, and the further application of its results. Subsequently, the themes of empirical research in translation studies have been firmly established: in light of describing translation process, recognizing translator’s thinking processes and translation strategies, studying his cognitive competence and translation expertise, thus, the present paper proposes some constructive suggestions upon translation pedagogy and translator training. The new developments of empirical research make the descriptive studies more scientific, creative, valid and efficient, on which, its applicative values could be obtained.
