松萜宁胶囊的镇痛作用及对吗啡依赖性小鼠、大鼠催促戒断的治疗作用

THE ANALGESIC EFFECT OF SONGTIENING CAPSULES AND ITS THERAUPUTIC EFFECT ON THE ABSTINENCE SYMPTOMS PRECIPITATED BY NALOXONE IN THE MORPHINE DEPENDENT MICE AND RATS

用扭体法及热板法考察松萜宁胶囊的镇痛作用，求得松萜宁胶囊小鼠镇痛作用的ＥＤ５０。并进一步采用剂量递增方法形成吗啡依赖模型，用纳洛酮催促戒断，以评价松萜宁胶囊对吗啡依赖性小鼠、大鼠催促戒断的治疗作用。结果表明，松萜宁胶囊具有一定程度的镇痛作用，其ＥＤ５０为６１．２８ｍｇ／ｋｇ；其对吗啡依赖性小鼠催促戒断后出现的跳跃、体重减轻等有一定程度的抑制作用；能明显抑制吗啡依赖性大鼠异常姿势、激惹、咬牙、流泪、腹泻、流涎等催促戒断反应症状（评分值Ｐ＜０．０１～０．００１），且能抑制大鼠体重减轻（Ｐ＜０．００１）。

In this study, the analgesic effect of Songtiening Capsules was found with hot plate method and torsion body method. The ED 50 of Songtiening Capsules with torsion body method was 61.28 mg/kg. On this base, the mice and rats Morphine dependent model were established respectively for the evaluation of the detoxication effect of Songtiening Capsules. Naloxone was given to animals to make them appear abstinence symptoms. The results show that Songtiening Capsules have an obvious inhibiting effect of bounding reaction and loss of body weight on mice and have an obvious inhibiting effect of abnormal posture, irritation, brymas, lachrymation, diarrhoea, salivation and lose of body weight on rats.
