摘要
采用脱镁叶绿酸与铬络合后制成铬叶绿酸钠口服降糖药,并对11例糖尿病患者在使用降糖药同时加用铬叶绿酸钠口服进行初步临床验证,观察患者血糖、血胆固醇(TC)、血甘油三酯(TG)水平的变化。结果证明铬叶绿酸钠降低血糖、血脂有一定作用。
A method for synthesis of chro mium sodium chlorophyllin(Ⅰ), a promising drug for clinical applications, is presented. Chlorophyll as a raw material was dissolved in ethyl alcohol, and the pH of the solution was adjusted to 12 with sodium hydroxide. The solution was concentrated in a water bath to drive off ethyl alcohol.The concentrated solution was extracted by petroleum ether which was discarded. The basic aqueous solution was acidified with sulfuric acid to precipitate pheophorbin, which was coordinated with CrCl 3,and the formed chromium chlorophyllin reacted with sodium hydroxide to produce(Ⅰ).The characteristics of (Ⅰ) were performed by IR, UV and elementary analysis. All results of (Ⅰ) were repeatable. The clinical applications showed that the high blood glucose of diabetics of 8 patients out of 11 decreased by 25.4% and total blood cholesterol of 9 patients out of 11 decreased by 10.6% following the use of (Ⅰ) together with glibenclamide (or phenformin) drugs, and no toxicity was noted.
