摘要
建立了反相高效液相色谱法测定复方酮替芬胶囊中富马酸酮替芬的含量及含量均匀度。其平均回收率为１０２．０％（ＲＳＤ为１．５％）。本法简便、准确，可作为常规检验的方法。国内未见报道。
A reversed phase HPLC method was developed for determination of the content and uniformity of Compound Ketotifen Capsules. In this system LUNA C 18 column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile 0.08 mol/L KH 2PO 4 (25∶75,pH=4.0) and detecting wavelength was UV 300 nm. Two batches of the capsules were analyzed. The new method is simple, accurate and suitable for quality control.
