摘要 用分光光度法测定尿液中左旋氧氟沙星(LVFX)的排泄量。尿样在二甲基亚砜存在下与三氯化铁甲醇溶液反应显色,经甲醇稀释,在417nm波长处直接测定吸光度。方法平均回收率为(100.5±2.47)%,n=9,线性范围(16.22~227.14)μg/ml(r=0.9997),RSD<6.08%。受试者尿中的LVFX12h总排泄量为给药量的57.05%。该法精密度、重现性良好,操作简便,可应用于人尿中LVFX的测定。 To determine levofloxacin (LVFX) concentrations in human urine, the intensities of the orange red colour produced by the drugs with ferric chloride in dimethylsulphoxide methanol medium are measured, λ max is 417 nm, recoveries are (100.5± 2.47)% ( n=9 )and r=0.9997 in concentrations from 16.22 ̄227.1 μg/ml, RSD < 6.1%, total excreted amount of LVFX in 12 h urine is 57.05%. The method is highly accurate and has been successfully applied to analysis of LVFX in human urine.
