摘要
该文从系统设计目标与要求、系统架构和功能、系统实现方法，介绍淮南市防震减灾计算机信息管理系统，系统用VB及Map-Basic编程语言对Maplnfo进行二次开发，文中着重给出了系统开发过程中的部分编程实例。
The article introduces HuaiNan＇s earthquake prevention and catastrophe reduction of computer information management system from the system design goal and the request, the system construction and the function, the system realization method. This system carries on the re-development with VB and the MapBasic programming language to Maplnfo. Some of the practical cases of programming during the system development has also been emphatically given.
