隶属函数是模糊数学中最为基本的一个概念，模糊集合完全由其隶属函数决定。应用模糊数学解决实际问题时，隶属函数的确定非常重要。隶属函数的确定过程，本质上说应该是客观的，但每个人对于同一个模糊概念的认识理解又有差异，因此，隶属函数的确定又带有主观性。合理的确定隶属函数将更能反映模糊概念的本质，能够包含更多的信息。本文讨论隶属函数的确定方法及在教师综合评判中的隶属函数的确定。

Membership function is the basic concepts of fuzzy mathematics, which can decide fuzzy sets. Using the fuzzy mathematics to solve the practical problem, it is important to define the membership function.The process to define the membership function should be objective essentially. But there are differences to understand the fuzzy concepts for everyone. So it is subjective to define the function. If the process is reasonable, it would be better able to reflect the nature of the vague idea and contain more information. In this paper, discuss the means to define the membership function and use in the the comprehensive evaluation of the evalnation of the teachers.
