摘要
介绍了一套基于RS-485总线的金矿顶板监测系统,系统以AVR单片机为核心,利用测力锚杆监测顶板应力,通过KS-485总线传输到上位机进行数据分析,对顶板事故进行预警。系统可以实现远程多点的动态监测,有利于减少金矿的顶板冒落事故的发生。经试验表明系统有较好的稳定性和可行性。
A design of the Monitoring System of Gold Mine Roof Based RS-485 Bus, the core of this system is AVR microcontroler and make use of bolt dynamometer to monitor the stress of roof. The data is transport through the RS-485bus and be analyzed in the host computer. The roof accidents can be warned.The system can monitor a number of spot remotely and is propitious to reduce the cave accidents in Gold Mine. The stability and the feasibility are proved in tests.
