摘要
从计算机系统集成软件开发项目变更控制的角度，简单分析需求变更与缺陷变更产生的原因以及对项目产生的影响，分析二者的异同点。并结合实践项目说明如何在实际工作中对软件开发项目的需求变更与缺陷变更进行有效控制和管理，从而给出多种处理方法．以减少项目实施的风险．保证项目顺利交付。
From the point view of computer system integration change control in a software development project, the paper introducts the causes of changing requirements and defects which impact on the project. On the bases of that, analysis the similarities and differences between the two, so that gives the treatment. Combined with practical projects introducts a variety of methods how to work in practice software development projects.The methods can effectively control and reduce the project risk to prove the smooth delivery of the project.
