摘要 大长隧道的施工往往会成为一个项目的关键控制性工期,如何有效的解决隧道开挖和仰拱施工的干扰问题以及解决仰拱砼的施工进度问题,确保隧道在安全的前提下又好又快的施工,成为隧道施工中急需解决的问题。传统的隧道仰拱栈桥一般采用简单的工字钢进行焊接,焊接成两个拱形便桥,并简单的安放在已浇筑完的仰拱和待开挖的底板之间作为仰拱栈桥,其很容易发生安全事故,并增加仰拱的施工时间,从而影响整个隧道的工期。如何实现高速铁路隧道的快速、安全施工,通过对隧道仰拱施工进行了深入研究,结合铁路隧道的施工特点,进行了32m可移动式仰拱栈桥的设计、制造,并于2008年10月15日在京沪高速铁路西渴马一号隧道正式投入使用。 Large long tunnel construction usually tends to be the key to controlling the duration of a project,how to effectively solve the tunnel excavation and construction,Invert interference problem and to resolve concrete problems of the construction schedule to ensure the safety of tunnel construction under the premise of good and fast are urgent problems in tunnel construction.The traditional invert trestle is generally using a simple I-beam welding,welding into two arched temporary bridge,and simply placed between the invert,which had been poured and finished,and bottom floor,which is to be excavatd. It easily causes accidents and increases the invert of the construction time,thus affecting the entire duration of the tunnel.How to achieve fast and safe construction of high speed railway tunnel,through a full study of the tunnel invert,combining features of the railway tunnel construction,we designed and manufactured a 32m movable trestle Invert,which is put in use in Xikema 1st tunnel,Beijing-Shanghai high speed railway on 15th Oct,2008.
