摘要 【目的】探索蜂毒肽抗HSV-1病毒作用的机理。【方法】体外实验测定蜂毒肽对HSV-1病毒的杀死作用,病毒吸附、合成和释放的抑制作用,考察蜂毒肽对p21 WAF1/CIP1和p53蛋白表达的调节作用。【结论】研究结果表明,蜂毒肽没有直接杀死HSV-1病毒的作用,但是对HSV-1病毒的吸附、合成和释放均有明显的抑制作用,蜂毒肽调节可用p21 WAF1/CIP1和p53蛋白表达,调节细胞周期,保护细胞DNA免受HSV-1的损伤。 [Objective] To explore the antiviral mechanism of melittin on HSV-1. [Method] The inhibition effects of melittin on the direct effects, adsorption, synthesis and release of HSV-1 virus were tested in vitro. The regulations of melittin on the expression of p21 WAF1/CIP1 and p53 protein were studied. [Results] The antiviral mechanism research of melittin showed that HSV-1 virus couldn't directly be killed, but the adsorption, synthesis and release of HSV-1 virus were inhibited. Melittin can regulate the expression of p21 WAF1/CIP1 and p53 protein and the cell cycle regulation to protect DNA of the cells from damage caused by HSV-1.
