The process of establishing second saturating D-optimal design regression model by Excel was summarized,including the estimate of the parameter as structure matrix,transpose matrix,coefficient matrix,inverse matrix and regression coefficient and so on.This method had the advantage of high accuracy on design and easy to calculate,which could be spread and applied in the experimental design of agricultural production.
