摘要
通过单因素试验对虫草菌的液体悬浮培养条件进行优化,确定虫草菌的最优培养条件为:培养温度24℃,培养基初始pH值6.0,500 mL摇瓶装液150 mL,摇床转速150 r/min。在此条件下培养96 h,菌体干重最高达到10.43 g/L。
The liquid suspension culture conditions of Cordyceps sinensis were optimized by single factor experiments.The optimum cultivation conditions of Cordyceps sinensis were as follows：24 ℃of cultivation temperature,6.0 of initial pH value,150 mL/500 mL of the medium volume in the flask and 150 r/min of rotation speed on shaker.In the optimum cultivation conditions,diried weight of mycelium reached to 10.43 g/L after culturing 96 h.
