南水北调(中线)商洛水源地劳动力转移对策研究

Research on Countermeasures for Labors Transferring of the Source of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project (midline)in Shangluo

商洛作为南水北调(中线)水源地其劳动力转移和就业形势依严峻。对商洛市农村剩余劳动力转移现状进行分析,提出要在输水区与受水区紧密结合的基础上,对商洛市农村剩余劳动力转移就业给予政策性补偿,努力使商洛水源地群众劳动就业有着落,促进商洛水源地和谐稳定发展,从而为南水北调工程做出更大贡献。

As the source of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project（midline）,Shangluo exists very serious problems in labor migration and obtaining employment.Analyzing the current situation of transferring the surplus labors from the country of Shangluo,the ideas were come up that the region of water reception should pay policy-related compensation for transferring the surplus labors from Shangluo and obtaining employment on the basis of combing the region of water delivery and water reception.In order to promote the steady development of Shangluo,a joint effort to solve the problem of surplus labors obtaining employment in Shangluo was made to make more contribution to the South-to-North Water Transfer Project.
