摘要
FMG矿是以褐铁矿为主的赤铁矿和褐铁矿混合物,属于难烧矿,而且结晶水的脱除需要大量的热。随着FMG矿粉配比的增加,烧结矿的孔隙率增大,强度降低。烧结过程中采用压料措施是降低孔隙率的有效方法。随FNG矿粉配比的增加烧结矿的含铁品位呈上升趋势,而SiO_2含量逐渐降低。
FMG ore is a mixture which consists of limonite and hematite,and its main content is limonite.It can not be sintered easily.In sintering process,it needs abundant heat to desorb crystal water.With the proportion of FMG increasing,the porosity of sinter increases and its strength reduces.The effective measure to reduce porosity is to using pressure in production process.With the proportion of FMG increasing,the TFe of sinter take on ascending trend and the content of SiO_2 decreases gradually.
