内窥镜鼻窦手术术后的处理对其疗效的影响

Effect of postoperative treatment on endoscopic sinus surgery

分析术后处理对内窥镜鼻窦手术疗效的影响，寻找术后最佳处理方法。方法：对５４例鼻内窥镜术后患者作了内窥镜随访观察。结果：在术后１年时，发现息肉复发７例（１３．０％）；术腔有脓性分泌物８例（１４．８％）；术腔粘连７例（１３．０％）；术腔未完全上皮化１０例（１８．５％）。结论：恰当的术后处理、定期合理的鼻内窥镜随访是保证远期手术疗效的重要环节。

Objective :To investigate the effect of postoprative treatment on endoscopic sinus surgery (ESS) and to discover the best way of care.Method :We checked 54patients who had undergone ESS and been followed-up.Result :7cases(13.0%)were found with recurrent nasal polyps;8cases(14.8%) with recurrent sinusitis;7cases(13.0%) with adhesion and 10 cases(18.5%) with incomplete epithelialization.Conclusion:A suitable postoperative treatment and reatment and reasonable regular following-up by endoscopy is one of the important segment for securing optimal long-term result.
