水泥基粒状复合材料的数值仿真

Numerical Simulation of Cement-based Granular Materials

摘要 为研究水泥基粒状复合材料的物理力学性能,采用一种自编的特殊算法生成任意形状的单个复合材料骨料颗粒,利用HADES堆积程序来形成材料结构(HADES是模拟任意形状的颗粒碰撞和堆积的程序).在此基础上加入骨料颗粒与水泥基之间的界面过渡区(ITZ),并采用专门的网格划分工具对粗骨料、水泥浆以及界面过渡区进行网格划分,最后进行有限元计算来得到水泥基复合材料的力学性质.以混凝土作为一种典型的水泥基复合材料进行模拟分析,得到不同骨料颗粒成份下混凝土弹性模量值为14.3GPa到22.9GPa,结果表明上述数值模拟方法可有效的对三相材料(水泥基、界面过渡区、骨料颗粒)构成的混凝土弹性模量进行预测. The physical and mechanical properties of cement based granular materials were studied by a numerical approach.A method was developed to generate single aggregate particles of arbitrary shape.The HADES toolbox was then used to form a material structure from the aggregate(HADES is a concurrent,algorithm based program that is designed to simulate the mixing or flow of granular materials of arbitrary shape).An interfacial transition zone(ITZ)between the aggregate particles and the cement paste was enriched.A special tool was used for forming a mesh of the aggregate,cement paste,and ITZ.A finite element method was used to analyze the mechanical properties of the cement based granular material.A simulation of concrete was used as an example of a typical,model cement based material.The elastic modulus of compositions with different aggregate was obtained.Values from 14.3GPa to 22.9GPa were obtained.The simulations show that prediction of the elastic modulus of three-phase materials(cement paste,ITZ,and aggregate)is feasible.HADES packing to simulate the cement based granular material followed by meshing and then finite element analysis is an ideal and effective approach.
