颌面部爆炸冲击伤后皮肤异物清创术的进展

Advance of debridements of skin foreign body due to blast injury in maxillofacial region

颌面部爆炸冲击伤常导致大量的异物存留在伤区的皮肤中,去除非常困难。目前,这类颌面部创伤性皮肤异物去除的方法主要包括清洗消毒、锐器挑开剔除、激光术和磨削术等。但这些方法多为二期治疗,对异物清除的效果欠佳,均有文身样瘢痕。本文介绍了以上主要的清创术的进展,希望为临床治疗提供信息。

Blast injuries to the maxillofacial region frequently leaves a lot of foreign substances in the skin,which are difficult to remove. Nowadays,methods for debridement of foreign substances in the skin after injury include washing and disinfection,picking,laser and erasion operation. However,these methods are poor for removing large numbers of fine foreign substances in superficial skin at early stages after injury,and debridement will result in scar formation. This article summarizes some information about the current development of the treatment of debridement of foreign substances in the skin,in order to improve level of clinical treatment.
